The two-bedroom apartment was remarkably spacious and had well-utilized facilities, including a complete kitchen and separate bathrooms, which made our stay very comfortable.

We experienced some issues with cleanliness, as there was noticeable dust and debris in the corners of our living area upon checking in.

The bed was cozy, but the noise from next door was a real bother.

The staff were really great, made us feel important from the moment we checked in. They even gave us a map with the best spots to see. Room was clean and had a nice view. we didn't expect it to look exactly like the photos.

It wasn't exactly a bargain, but for what we got, it was acceptable.

the location was lovely, but I encountered serious issues. The pool was filthy, with unsightly yellow coloring, and I was shocked that no one seemed to care. I expected a complimentary upgrade or at least an apology for the bad service. Almost thought of giving a decent review, but just couldn’t.

Perfect spot for fams!

Had a blast at this place. Super close to the Cairns esplanade and our two-bedroom apartment was really cozy. The pool was a winner, nice and cool which was a lifesaver. Just wish the WiFi was better, had to reconnect too often. Loved the outdoor dining area for breakfast!

The room was light and airy with a lovely balcony view! Super clean bathroom. The pool and BBQ area were well maintained. The owners are super welcoming too! Perfect location near everything you need!

Staying at this place was a blast! The kids loved the nearby playground and the easy access to the beautiful esplanade. Staff were super welcoming, making us feel right at home. I even saw a friendly face at the door just to greet us, which set the tone for a fantastic trip.

My wife says that the room needed better cleaning. A larger family suite would be great for more space.

Unfortunately, the pool needed better upkeep as we noticed some yellow discoloration that was off-putting. The parking entrance was steep, and during a blackout, we found the stairwell completely dark, which raised safety concerns with no emergency lighting. the kitchen sink had issues with a missing rubber seal which wasn’t addressed properly.

It was just a great fit for a city trip in Cairns with good value for price. The rooms have full kitchens that made it easy to prepare our own meals. Avoid the lower level rooms if you want natural light.
